Good Girl Gone Bad

MY TOOTH HURTSSSSS. I think my right wisdom tooth has made the gum inflamed. Now it hurts everytime I swallow or bite down. Hopefully it's just one of those growth spurts that's making it painful ): IT WILL SUCK IF IT'S INFECTED. And Mother will kill me.

The internet is wonky, it's really bloody frustrating. Have to drop off a form in school soon, perhaps I'll pop by today or tomorrow... run some errands.

Drinks on Monday were amusing, to say the least. Haha. Grammar Nazis and F-types and Mathematical Failures and TRUTH BOMBS. Hehehe.

Hung out with the girls on Tuesday - whatever's left of us here. (Can you believe there'll be more of us in London than in Singapore on Christmas???) We watched High School Musical 3 - which was so bad it was good, and by good I mean hilarious - and played some bridge before heading down to Ivins. The rain abated after dinner, so off we went to the Night Safari, just in time to catch the last show for the night at 2130h. Managed to max out our admissions by completing a round not long before closing time :D the animals were really lovely! The appearance rate wasn't too bad, surprisingly. I just wish I had a better camera to take photos. It's a little difficult to tweak the settings even in manual mode on a point-and-shoot because there are rather limited options. Oh well.

Skipped out on New Moon and Mambo yesterday in favour of dinner with the family. Definitely worth it - Mother is the World's Best Comedian. Hahaha. Came home and watched Stardust, which is still good (: heehee. Neil Gaiman is amazing, but what's more amazing is that they produced an admirable translation onto the big screen.

Nothing's getting done in the house... Will really have to get cracking soon. What a mess |: better put down my books and roll up my sleeves! Reading can come later, especially when I can actually find the books I want to read. My Lord of The Rings is missing \: meep.

100 Years of Solitude was a pretty interesting read. Took me a while to get through it, though. Didn't get the story at all, the first time I read it as a child. Mmm. Fables was pretty good, I got through it in a jiffy and can't wait for future issues (: embarking on Outlander now... Soon I will conquer my friends' fantasy books too. Yay.
