Shit, We're Becoming So Ghetto

Brother and I realised that we're becoming more and more like hei ren, because we go for quantity more often these days.. We calculate meals by cost over satisfaction fullness i.e. cheapest value for volume. Add to that craving fried chicken and fried food more and more frequently and you get the ultimate trashy hei ren diet, yo. Hahahaha. We were more amused than worried upon exclaiming the same thing at the same time (walking past the new fried chicken place in West Coast Plaza) d:

WCP has a new Quiznos, omg! And that new fried chicken place. They would be the main reason for going there now because the Nike outlet isn't cheap anymore ): (although we hunted around for a long time and settled on a couple of shorts and tanks that were not very cheap at around SGD 22/23 each. The 5 items totalled SGD 114.) And I think Toast at Taka isn't closed, after all. Perhaps it was just renovating! Walked past it the other night and it looked normal, though it was closed because it was after hours.

Suddenly feel like eating Waffletown's waffle with its gigantic scoops of purple yam ice cream.. Yum. The hunger pangs that accompany studying late are terrible. And as I write this, my memory is jolted to last semester's bak chor mee (minced pork noodles) sprints at like 3am, often later, after studying.

Gastronomically, the weekend was simple. Had Thai food at Bar Bar on Sunday because Indian was closed; Tambuah Mas on Saturday because Mother and I needed rice; and the usual Jap on Friday to accumulate receipts for the VIP card. Yay. The plan to eat Toa Payoh bak chor mee on Sunday morning flopped, unsurprisingly. Hahaha. Oh, oh, and my Daddy dearest cooked my snow fungus (second time this month, I think) so I had that for dessert and breakfast everyday. Double yaaaaay :D

Very pleased with this weekend in sports: Nadal creamed Verdasco, oh yeah. And everyone's asses got whooped--yeah, you. Arsenal and Chelsea--except ours :D uhhuh uhhuh. Awesome or what d: teeheehee. So much for a productive weekend.. but I missed Lilo & Stitch!!! Hurhur.

K, back to studying and battling it out with the monster that is my stomach. I still have a terrible fried chicken craving. Zzzz.
