Oh Yeah

My stupid wanker of a brother is trying to wriggle out of a lost bet for fifty bucks that the athletes of the ongoing Youth Olympic Games are not all below sixteen. Pfft. Anyway, I've been busy battling symptoms of what appears to be the recycler bin virus, transmitted by the very same wanker brother's thumbdrive. UGH. Frustrating. I can't determine whether or not the virus has really manifested--it was supposed to have been quarantined--and I dared not watch my shows nor do any work the entire weekend. Just as well, I suppose. Did I mention he didn't get me anything from Hong Kong? Even though he said Agnes B. was half price there. Coincidentally, the Agnes B. bag I was eyeing long ago got featured in the most recent issue of Urban.

There isn't really anything to write here because school takes up most of my time and I'm a little lazy to record my outfits, if they're even worthy of it. I blame the weather for poor sartorial options--abrupt downpours, killer humidity and unusually cold temperatures.. Sometimes all within the space of a few hours.

Over the weekend, I popped by my usual shoe store which was having a Kenneth Cole sale to pick up the red flats I liked but they didn't have it anymore )))): my usual salesgirl also wasn't in. Pfft. Guess I've no affinity with them. I'd venture that they weren't the perfect cut in terms of appearance, which is why I hesitated the last time, but it'd sound like sour grapes. Oh right, but I said it anyway. Gripe gripe gripe.

Picked up some peripherals from Ikea and fixed them myself. The room is coming together, albeit slowly. Can't resist tweaking some minor things as I go along, but really, there's still a lot of major work to be done.

Not the best of weekends... Even my favourite steamboat and ice-cream waffle couldn't cheer me up. Steamboat failed because Dad got lazy and didn't meet Mom and I, so we only had 2 persons share which had very limited ingredients )))): pfft!!!!! Waffle also semi-failed because I had chocolate ice-cream with blueberry topping for a change. Not the top of my list, although it was not bad. But yeah, waffles + (yam :D~~) ice cream + whipped cream = love! :D SGD 4 for a single-scoop waffle (and only SGD 5.50 for a double) is hard to beat.

Cat is calling me, I've got to go.
