The Unbearable Lightness

I'm baaaaaack!

The trip was epic even though I didn't get to scale the summit, nor even ascend to the via ferrata. Thing is, I can never get over how beautiful His creations are!!!! Photos certainly do not do justice, but I will upload my photos when I have the time (not right now, OBVIOUSLY) since I've to unpack my stuff and get settled for school and rush with many, many things. I hope the Olympus hasn't let me down too much. Would've definitely loved to have my Canon with me. Perhaps it is time to get a DSLR... Mother seems to have suggested that she would like to buy one (for sharing, but more like for me), but I really don't think it's a good idea, especially since it's so high-maintenance and impractical for such purposes. I am not a fan of the micro four-thirds systems.. at least not the current models.

Due to my refusal to use the internet while on holiday, I have returned to a bursting Google reader--292 freaking posts!!! and many school related announcements. Anyway, the room is semi-done up and it turns out that I can't use my desk for studying anymore |: boo. There simply isn't any space. Ack. Never mind. Will figure it out another time.

School starts on Tuesday--National Day on Monday is a public holiday, hurray--and I'm feeling a little frightened. The Unbearable Lightness of Being is awesome, I've just started my second reading.
