Back To Black

Still trying to figure how to go about my shoe shopping:

• whether it's most economical to wait--probably not, since I foresee the shoes going out of stock before sale season. But there are other possibilities that entail waiting (infra);
• whether or not to borrow a HTC phone/UniSIM card to get a discount and enjoy the lower spend for free membership (but if I'm spending so much, I'll become a member and consequently enjoy discounts, which again begets the question of waiting. I'll have birthday month discounts, which isn't that far away);
• whether or not to look around at other non-Pedro shoes (meaning Pedder Red) before deciding in totality what to purchase--maybe not, since I'm too lazy (also depends on whether I can reserve the items and for how long so that I can mull it over)

I think I'll probably end up finding someone with a discount (first choice, otherwise it'll possibly be the two-stage shopping--possibly combining with Brother--now to get membership, then again in my birthday month), reserve the items for as long as possible to carefully decide which pairs to buy for now. Foreseeably, I'll go crazy (post-paper pandemonium) and buy everything anyway (cost/savings v. utility justification), but that's the worst case scenario \:

ACK. If only I applied my mind/reasoning as vigorously to academic exercises.

AHHH CANNOT WAIT.

Was thinking about which colour I should get these boots in--I'll probably, ultimately, go for black, though I love the grey sooooo muchhh (maybe both, but the black for sure). Discussed it with brother and he was all for the black, without even a moment's hesitation. I protested that all my shoes were black and mostly very classic styles (90% pumps) and it was so boring, but conceded that they were the nicest and most practical choices. We both agreed in the end that you can never have too many black shoes... or clothes.

Not going to care what people think anymore (: wear what I like! True freedom beckons when I get out of schooooool (before I start work). Ugh, don't you hate all these qualifiers?? (Or maybe I should be a blogger???! NAAAAAAT.)

It's back to black for the coming closet purge/replenishing...... (That's not to say I'm not still hunting for the elusive perfect nudes and neutrals.)

You know what they say, "Once you go black, you can't go back." (;
