3.. 6.. 9 Seconds Of Light

With gangs hanging around the 'hood--ok, maybe not exactly, but I'm only 5 to 10 minutes away--it's no wonder I dare not step out of the house lately. Even if the police have very quickly apprehended suspects, I don't feel any safer. The new ITE really makes things rather unsavoury, sad to say. Kids loitering at the void deck, smoking and being noisy. And I just heard that the Indian mama got caught for selling cigarettes to underaged kids.

I wish things could be clearer. The public has no idea what is really going on and the newspapers aren't being helpful. Poorly written articles lend no hand to making light of the situation to the sharp, cynical reader. It may shed light to the undiscerning reader, but it only serves to prejudice them.
