After class on Friday, I barely squeezed in lunch and Rabbit Hole--depressing and mildly good, but I missed the first 15 minutes--before popping by Orchard Central for a hair check (cutting on Wednesday!) and impromptu specs shopping. Tried on about a zillion kooky plastic frames and concluded that short hair really suits specs (au contraire, my friend claims I have a specs face).
Headed for a party after a home-cooked dinner. Really an awesome night! Broke out my skanky Motel dress (finally! I was dying to wear it!) but covered it up the whole night with my vintage blazer. LOL. Maybe next time. Got lots of compliments on my Forever 21 feather necklace--buy of the trip!!! Haha. I loved going without a bag, though :D pockets in blazer + pockets in dress = 2 x win. Sober IC, as usual. What's new? Ahaha.

Randomly, I totally need to do something about my brows! Namely, brow mascara--I am anti-pencil, it's too harsh. But powder doesn't quite work for me. Yes, I am that noob--but can't find an affordable one to try. Also, am I pasty or what!? ): hate being such an in between colour--to go fair or back to black?
Started reading for my intensive module and realised that the archaic writing style of my English professor's textbook is really bungling my understanding of the cases. Unfortunately, no cheat sheets for this module. Hurr! Gotta do this one the old-fashioned way.
Filling my days with the tiniest of things.. Had to do some table banging--almost sent quite a nasty e-mail but edited it at the last minute--and finally, I succeeded in getting my dues. Perhaps I'll succumb again, even if I am a little reluctant (the sky is falling!!! When have I ever said no to shopping??).
Discovered this afternoon that a corner of my favouritest and most faithful bag has split--the piping was worn and so the wire popped out, scratching my leg in the process. Noooo. Never want to throw this bag away ): must figure something out--there must be something I can do to prolong its life!
Acrobatics has been really fun so far--I'm not dying in conditioning, partly because I arrive early and don't have to get right into the thick of things--and I always feel like 1 hour is way too short. The second and third classes have been downright slack.. Or maybe I got fitter (; so far, we've learnt forward and backward rolls, handstands (sort of) and cartwheels (: I'm really enjoying it! Next week we have 1-hand cartwheels OMG. Hahaha. Our teacher is quite funny--he speaks in Singlishy Frenglish, has intriguing tattoos and is really good at what he does (y)(y) love that he emphasizes technique! I am pleased. Maybe I shall continue to the advanced levels and run away to the circus (:
Ok, I think that's the entire weekend's worth of updates (: better get cracking! Hope the weather continues to be divine (:
