Fry Like A Cheese Stix

Can't sleep while it's raining intermittently. Also, I'm hungry despite already having had dinner AND a night snack. Forgot to mention that Provence is having a promotion for its wassants--10% off its usual price, so it's 3.20 for 5, 6.30 for 10--which is more or less the only reason I bought a pack of 10. (Swore off it because of the price increase from SGD 6 to 7.) Somehow the kaya ones are more fragrant this time. Or maybe the pandan aroma is stronger because I refrigerated them.

Speaking of pandan, one of the exchange students was overheard asking why the wafer in the canteen was green, to which the drinks stall auntie retorted that it was because of pandan. (Yeah right!) He had never seen pandan before so the auntie opened the freezer to show him. I know right? Strangest anecdote ever. Hahaha.

I really ought to go to bed. My much-improved skin is so quickly in shambles again due to missing just 1 night's sleep to finish up my presentation. Ugh! At least I survived class.
