North Face called me up yesterday to tell me that HQ hasn't gotten back to them, and that they'd update me again on Monday. I feel really sorry that I sound unnecessarily curt over the phone. He must be so tired of dealing with me.

I received another mis-addressed e-mail from customer service, this time from ASOS which has never had any such slip-ups before in aaaaaall my correspondence with them (which, needless to say, is a LOT). My latest christening? Pia. WTH!? All these ridiculous names--apologies to any Pias out there--when my real name lurks somewhere in the same e-mail. In my e-mail to ASOS, I even signed off with my name! Not even going to mention that there is my name attached to my e-mail address... Oh wait, I just did. I don't know what the heck is wrong. Is it my e-mail account or something!?!! Or the internet??? Argh.

But enough of such petty matters, I have better things to do with my weekend.
