I failed another module. Again. Although it's no surprise, it still pains me. Pubic law is the bane of my life. FML.

I've been pretty much living in my wrinkly Uniqlo romper (above) and rotating the bags, footwear and outerwear. Not the most glamorous considering that the footwear thus far have all fallen under the category of slippers, a far cry from the poster up there. It's been rainy the past few days, and I'm tempted to get myself a new umbrella. Eyeing the UV ones at Takashimaya that would be good for sunny days too. Gosh, I sound like a wimp! -.-
Vacillating between the great depression and nonchalance which borders on contentment is not doing wonders for me. Been so distracted! And the stress has been wreaking havoc on my skin. Ackkkk.
On the bright side, several girlfriends are back in town. On the flip side, most of them will be leaving shortly, together with a few extras. The later part of 2009 will be a long and lonely one. I've been excluded from the school cliques; I always seem to be forgotten. Can't blame them.
More trips planned ahead. Malaysia, in mid August; Hokkaido, maybe December; Bangkok, come January 2010; Bali next summer, perhaps... The prospective list goes on. But resources are limited and I should save up if I wish to travel. Always feel so guilty for spending Mother's money. Will I ever be able to repay her?
Maybe the Western mentality is right: kick out your spawn when they become of age. On second thought, maybe that's why they're so screwed up. Too selfish! Reading FML has made me think about how twisted society is over there. Oh man, I can't even begin to imagine. They should be saying this instead: "Reading FML makes me feel better about my life. FML"
Brother's snowboard DVD has awesome bits of surfing in it, randomly. I should borrow it sometime. That would be a true summer (I'm dreaming...), not some sorry excuse of a rainy humid tropical climate we have with only a pathetic hard imported sand beach with stinging stuff in the seawater. Aye, Garance says it is eternal summer Down Under. Envy!
Japanese culture amuses to no end, but is befuddling.
Super fatigued,
xxx
