Something Like... Um, That

Floral Jacket (not shown), H&M
Black Spaghetti Top, Giordano
Dark Grey Spotted Skirt, Uniqlo
Black Chainmail Silver Hardware Bag, Thrifted (Salvation Army)
Bright Yellow Gold Buckle Moccasins (not shown), random shop in Taiwan

So I had a scheduled post but somehow my internet/browser screwed up, and the whole thing's lost. I wore this comfortable outfit to dinner on Sunday - grabbed some comforting beef pho and avocado juice from Pho Hoa at Holland V. I sketched it this way because I was feeling a little Fafi-feverish. But of course, Fafi does it 10938235489 times better.

You can't tell, but the black spots on the dark grey skirt are irregularly shaped. It's subtly leopardish, and hence is my take on the animal print which I have been so craving. Still on the prowl though. The insoles of my shoes are outrightly leopard, but they'll never see the light of day. Haha. I liked the clashing prints and hardware, although they're not so apparent. The skirt is black on dark grey, juxtaposed with the bright florals; and the shoes are gold on bright yellow, contrasting with the silver chain and clasp of my purse.

I affixed more shelves to my shoe rack, finally, but the spacing is reduced and the shelves differ slightly. My shoes (except sports footwear and slippers) are finally all in one place and I still have a couple of spare slots. I probably can't fit in any skyscrapers though. Pity. I have about 20 pairs of shoes - are you disgusted? - half of which are black. Buh!

Back to my readings. Yawn.
