Abstinence

I can't believe myself! Totally splurged. Buh. But I do love the pieces quite alot, although I feel I could've found cheaper things if I'd been patient and hunted some more. Got another 2-birds-with-1-stone deal today with a top/outerwear that can be worn in totally different styles, and also found a great (vintage?) straight leg jean that was super soft, long enough to wear with heels and fit well. Bought a pair of earrings for Mother and a hairband to replace my spoilt one. Didn't manage to find any Filippa K, perhaps I'll check in on the shop again next month. I want to buy lava lamps for my rooooooooom. Saw some on offer. So pretty!

In order to stop spendthrifting from becoming a habit and also because oftentimes I can't find what I want, I have resolved to DIY whenever possible. Hopefully the sewing machine at home works still, if I remember how to work it.

Cleo's Eligible Bachelor Finals Party was fun overall. Hosts Hossan and Jacqueline were spunky, energetic and humorous. The programme wasn't too bad even though the solo singers were. Stood for like five hours straight after pretty much a whole day of shopping. Nearly died! X_X I must admit though, that there were actually some pretty cute/hot/grow-on-you guys, very different from the photos! But there were still some EPIC FAIL dudes too. Denise Keller was thin but scary (mouth) and hot as usual, and the models were all... unfairly modelesque. Seeing their long straight hair has renewed my determination in resisting the evil urges to cut my own. Oh and FCUK's new collection looks quite nice. But I digress! Back to the bachelors: I hereby conclude that I am a sarong party girl. Such a sucker for great features, especially pan-asian.
