I haven't been updating quite as regularly as I would like to--there are a lot of unfinished posts lined up together with finished posts waiting to be posted all at the same time.
Had a reeeeeeeally weird dream that seemed totally real--strange, because it honestly is so queer I don't know why it feels like it actually happened--last night. I practically forgot about it and it's shelved in the memory compartment as an event that took place... (Talking about it in this manner is actually kind of confusing.)
Anyway, I dreamt that I had somehow gotten my hair dyed.. I think I did it myself. And the process was to bleach it and then dye it. It even looked rad for a bit--all browny golden tawny near the crown till halfway down my head. And then I went to sleep and woke up the next morning with my hair half grey/white in proportionate intensity as the gold the day before. I figured that it was the bleach and my friend--I have absolutely no idea who this faceless friend is--thought so too. But I didn't know what to do so we went to consult some hairdresser in a proper salon and he said it was the dye and too bad. I was really freaked out because the only solution was to grow it out, or go back to sleep and hope that when I wake up everything'd be back to normal. Somehow I woke up (for real) and forgot about checking my hair until just now when I sat down, trying to recall something that I wanted to jot down, then the recurrent vague feeling of the dream had a resurgence.
Everything is so bizarre!! I don't even know why I would dye my hair. Would never touch it except to cut it.. The entire dream is just.. weird. Might be a repercussion of my friend asking if I rebonded my hair, though. For the record, I did not; and he is a cack. What do boys know??! Pfft. I didn't even iron/blow my hair. Always natural, dude: WASH AND WEAR. Now I don't even know if I should go trim it, like I'd planned to. Might be an omen or something...
In other news, I went for the Pixar exhibition at the Science Centre and caught the Toy Story franchise for the first time ever. Admission was pretty expensive though. Science Centre + Toy Story 2 + Pixar for SGD 21, discounted from SGD 24 (NTUC or Popular or SAFRA). I've never found the toys adorable until today, but I must admit that when they're animated in the movie, Toy Story is rather cute! Now I want to watch the first instalment before my date to watch Toy Story 3 with my girlfriends.
The weekend was.... uneventful. Parties on Saturday were pretty alright. Not fantastic, but not bad. Spent Sunday vegetating in front of the TV and sort of recuperating after returning past 7 after a McDonalds (deluxe) breakfast.
I feel old.
