Sands Of Time

Did I mention that I have an injury from playing netball? Random, through and through. Hahaha.

Anyway, I have been a terrible procrastinator for the past week. Really must get up and do something!!

Got my bum out of the house today for lunch and caught Prince of Persia. I must say, I like the game better even though I've not actually played it myself. Both are markedly different, but the movie itself is not bad :D Jake Gyllenhaal does look rather delicious in the movie (; (unlike his far from palatable sister, whose name is homophonic with that of my favourite curry instant noodles.) Gemma Arterton was her usual irritating self, and my friend agreed that they could've cast a more "beautiful" person. My gripe is more specific in that she isn't even close to "Persian"--or at least their perception of beauty--and an thinly-veiled attempt is made to explain it away: "I was not born of your desert".. or something like that. In my opinion, they should've just cast someone else. Then they wouldn't have to worry about covering their arses. Hurhur.

Had a good dinner just now.. Satisfied my pork knuckle craving at a newfound secret place. Hehe. Marmalade Pantry tomorrow, I hope I remember to bring some cash. Then it's off to a house party.. though I haven't quite figured out the transport arrangements. I'm sure it'll work itself out. Hah. It usually does.

I'd better get some sleep. Long day of partying tomorrow. Omg, it's past 2 again ):
