Here's To Love

Skipping out on brunch at Riders Cafe because I'm too lazy to battle the heavy, heavy rain...... And more importantly, I've to send my laptop in for servicing before the warranty expires in a few days. So many things to do. Not quite sure I'll manage to settle any domestic affairs this weekend. Far too many things on my plate.

Occasionally, I lapse into depression, but it's been happening more frequently in the past weeks. Time is creeping by at an excruciating rate, yet I don't know where it has all gone. Sigh.

I don't know if I can cope with everything, but I don't have a choice. At least my intensive is ending, but at the same time that also means more work in less time because I haven't done anything at all.

Is it so hard to love? If you love but rationality dictates otherwise, it is hard. To love is selfish. If you love but it is unrequited, it is hard. To love is selfless. If you love but circumstances do not permit, it is hard. To love is futile. If you love but it is frowned upon, it is hard. To love is defiant. So the answer is yes, whichever side you're on. But will you choose to love?

These 9 months to come will be the most trying time of all.
