Finally breaking out mother's beautiful vintage printed skirt today, together with a
Topshop one-shoulder bodycon tank dress. It's one of the rare pieces for which I will tolerate a partially elastic waistband.
My laptop is being a pain in the butt. Ok, not my beloved
Toshiba (which I have used
and abused), but rather, the service people/school warranty. It's actually quite a minor problem--broken casing and a not-even-noticeably-slanted screen with one dead pixel that they refuse to replace--but it's rather irritating and makes me that much more inclined to getting a new one (which I have thought of for a while since my warranty is ending and it's about time to get new software too). The cost is quite low at slightly over a hundred. Guess I'm just nitpicking when I say that I refuse because: I will lose my (ugly old) laptop skin; they're not changing my screen; and I have to actually pay for it to get fixed.
Am so bad at controlling my emotions. I really must reign them in ): forgive me, please. I am only human, and a very flawed one at that. The clock is running down and I'm out of ideas how to go about doing anything.
