Cross Process

I am feeling a little more on the ball today. Perhaps it's the fact that the effort is not sustained, since I'm squeezing work in between random things today.

Can't make up my mind whether the world outside is going to rain or not. The haze is really mucking around with my mind/the weather. Pfft!

Brunch at PS Cafe was nice.. The truffle oil in the green goddess pesto pasta (SGD 24++) was a little heavy, but a few spritzes of the lemon slice solved that. It's good for vegetarians--no meat at all, with plenty of crunchy beans and sweet snow peas. Unfortunately, the craved-for mushroom soup (SGD 14++) wasn't quite as good as I remembered, but the company made up for it (: some things just don't change. Mmm.

Feels a little strange not having meat--I don't think I could even stand being a pescetarian. Right now, I'm really craving lamb... I had a lamb burger (SGD 9.90++) from Everything With Fries last night before going home, which was actually pretty good, but somehow I'm still not satisfied. Must be that insane lamb patty from Swiss Butchery which has gotten me into this tizzy. Hurrr.
