Something About Love

How cute is David Archuleta? So simple and humble (: love that he's keeping it real (: oh Archie, you'd be such a breath of fresh air to date. But it would be kind of weird. I feel old \: PLUS two gawky awkward kiddy adults do not maketh for a great time. Hurr.

'twas quite funny--I was lol-ing at the fangirls in the video (below). I think I'll never get it. Since I was their age, I have not gotten such unabashed fits of hyperventilating and public gushing. And by 'gotten' I mean both exhibiting such behaviour and understanding it. And those were the days of Taiwanese idol boy-band dramas.. F4 and 5566 and the like. (Lamest shits EVER, if you ask me. They weren't even good-looking or nicely-dressed or remotely-talented as a group.) Public declarations of love and blushing and squealing/screeching and being speechless are, nevertheless, amusing. Please burst too, so that I won't feel (so) evil d:

I think there's something about the cute + good (usually Christian) boy + singing prowess that is just so irresistible. And what is it with Christians and musicality?? Hmmm. Does faith really have anything to do with it? Maybe it's because a lot of them get the opportunity to hone their skills, since mainly worship/praise is through songs--every church has a choir. Also, nobody is shy. Everyone sings. Some of them even put themselves out there and get famous. They see it as glorifying God. But, I feel, some things are just God-given. E.g. angelic voices or being pitch-perfect. It's inexplicable.

Cat's been sleeping outside my room and constantly watching over me 24/7. He's so adorable, showering me with so much love and affection. I love him a lot, too (: ever so often I'll look up from whatever I'm doing and he'll meet my gaze. So cute!

Stocked up on breakfast (or lunch or tea or dinner or supper) cereal--about 2kg, no kidding--like it's war time..... Which it is. Also, topped up my supply of instant noodles and then some. Not going to have much hair left by the end of the month.
