(No) Frills

Today, I'm wearing a white ruffle-front short sleeved blouse (Miss Selfridge) tucked out, with my black MNG skinny pants. Was feeling cold due to the terribly rainy weather, so I threw on this 2-way black and white plaid shrug (kilikili) ruffles-side up :D the shrug was a splurge from Style:Nordic at Ann Siang Hill. Last but not least, I'm wearing my Fabio Rusconi black triple strap ankle boots (: also another splurge. Really the most comfortable heels I own though (y)(y) so I'd prefer to refer to it as an investment. To spice up the monotone, I'm carrying my brown bag from previous days. Was too lazy to switch to my blue Courreges. A rather frilly ensemble... I liiike.

Treat these "outfit posts" sans photos as dry runs for the real thing. If only I had more time.

Stomach doesn't feel well this morning, and I have a splitting headache at the mo'. Slightly feverish? Hopefully I'll be able to survive the day. Supposed to have stuff on at work today, how exciting! Also, the Isetan private sale I mentioned is today. I hope there'll be stuff left. I mean, it's supposed to be a recession.....

Weekend's almost here again but it's another of those mad ones.

Friday:

-friend's 21st, might pass

Saturday:
-cousin's wedding lunch
-Asian Civilisation Museum (Kang Xi exhibition)
-shopping at John Little, maybe not
-Grandma's birthday dinner
-Angels and Demons

Sunday:
-girlfriend's 21st, unlikely to pass

When oh when can I have some time for myself? I feel like I might collapse soon. I can't fathom how my mentor can email me at 1:27 am. He's still working?? Apparently my friend's mentor emailed her at 12 mn, too. UNEARTHLY HOURS!!!!
