Sugar Town

OH. EM. GEE. I spent a bomb today!!! And all the spending on clothes in place of the proffered bag.... except now I feel like buying a bag when I didn't before!!!! Oh well. Feel a little excessive but it's too late to do anything about it. At least I won't have to go shopping for quite some time now d: I'd better not! Satisfied most of my style cravings :D finally got a pair of men-esque shoes, a pair of lace-up oxford-esque heels, a couple of sheer long cardis in navy and coral, a couple of little black tank dresses (one of which is a toga), semi-patterned tights, random dresses and a leather jacket (!!!! hope I won't regret splurging on it).

Refuse to cut the tags off half the items, in case I have to re-sell if I don't wear them... But I will la. If I didn't think I'd wear, I wouldn't have bought. Need to clear some stuff out of my wardrobe too. Mmmm. Victims of evolving tastes, needs and age-appropriacy. Heehee.

My new favourite flats!

Bought some books too, spent my nearly-expired Kinokuniya birthday vouchers (MY SINGTEL VOUCHERS EXPIRED BOO AND I STILL DON'T HAVE A CAR CHARGER) from last year and got membership. Didn't get my hands on Outlander by Diana Gabaldon as requested by Brother, but hooray for fantasy! Mmm. Several errands to run as well... Guess I should head to bed soon.

Forgot to mention that I brunched at PS Cafe at Palais Renaissance (as opposed to Dempsey, the usual)... Wasn't too pleased with my poached eggs, but definitely had a filling and fairly satisfying meal. I had the Big Bacon and Eggs, not too bad. Maybe next time I'll opt for scrambled instead. Mother had the Chicken in a Basket, which she said was too dry. The dips and wedges/fries which came with it were good though. Yum. I think it'd be better shared between 2. Mother also had Goody Greens - a kiwi cucumber (green?) apple mixed juice or something like that. 'Twas too sour for my liking, but pretty refreshing and certainly healthful.

Tomorrow is dress well day. I'm excited :D have a kooky outfit all picked out already. Yay. Hopefully it won't be crowded. Ugh.

Omnomnom Nong Shim. It's no wonder I'm so fat now.
